Cancellation policy

Subscription Terms

LabWell provides subscription options on our products. By subscribing you authorize LabWell to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Billing Your subscription begins on the date of your first order. You will be billed automatically at the delivery frequency you choose. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal charge.

Pricing Your subscription price is locked in at the rate you signed up at. We will notify you at least 14 days in advance of any price changes before they affect your subscription.

Cancellation You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. To cancel, manage your subscription through the link in your order confirmation, or click here. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle. We do not offer refunds for subscription charges that have already been processed except under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Skipping or Pausing You can skip or pause your subscription at any time by following the link through your order confirmation or by clicking here.

Failed Payments If a payment fails we will attempt to charge your payment method daily for the next 5 days. If all attempts fail, your order will be skipped until the next order date.

Refunds on Subscriptions Subscription orders are subject to our standard 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your first order contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds are not available on subsequent subscription orders except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
