If you need to cancel or change an order, contact LabWell at hello@labwellco.com as soon as possible. We can cancel an order only before it enters fulfillment.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled or rerouted. If STRIDE is not for you, review our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

STRIDE Bundle Orders

Current STRIDE bundles are one-time purchases. They do not renew automatically, and fish oil is not included.

If you have an existing subscription from a previous offer, you can manage or cancel future renewals through the Subscriptions page in your customer account before your next billing date. For help, contact hello@labwellco.com.
