Refund policy

Our Guarantee

We stand behind LabWell completely. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days and we'll make it right — no questions asked.

To request a refund: Email us at labwellco@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Tell us what happened. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method. You don't need to send the product back.

Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us immediately at labwellco@gmail.com with a photo. We'll ship a replacement within 2-3 days.

What we can't do: We can't offer refunds on orders outside the 30-day window. We also can't process refunds for customers who have requested more than one refund — we trust our customers but we're a small brand and we have to protect against abuse.
